By booking a free discovery call, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Tamara Peklic.
1. Discovery Call Details
- This is a one-time, 60-minute call designed to assess your needs, explore your goals, and determine if cross-cultural coaching is the right fit for you.
- This call does not include in-depth coaching, personalized strategies, or ongoing support.
2. No Obligation
- This discovery call is offered free of charge and does not require you to purchase any services.
- Both parties reserve the right to decide whether to move forward with a coaching relationship.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
- If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled call.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a forfeited call.
- No-shows without prior notice may also result in a forfeited call.
4. Recording & Confidentiality
- The discovery call may be recorded for internal reference purposes; however, you may not record, share, distribute, or publish the call in any format without prior written consent.
- Any materials, insights, or guidance shared during the call are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
5. Disclaimer
- This discovery call provides general guidance and recommendations, but results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your actions, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.
- This call does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. It is for educational and informational purposes related to cross-cultural coaching.
6. Liability Waiver
- By booking this call, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken as a result of this conversation are your responsibility.
